このメールは、当時、日本のベンチャー企業の横綱と言われ、元そーせいグループ（現在のネクセラファーマ）の創立メンバーであり元会長であった中島健三と理化学研究所が設立したベンチャー企業であり、上場する事により時価総額5000億円になると言われていた理化学研究所の再生医療（STAP細胞事件の笹井芳樹（京都大学教授所）・丹羽仁史・西川伸一）に関するすべての特許が導入されていたステムセルサイエンス社の論文捏造詐欺に関する追求を、臨時取締役会議（オブザーバーとして大株主の私と主人とジャフコ（JAFCO）が出席）にて、警察にステムセルサイエンス社の論文捏造詐欺の告発をする事を決定した臨時取締役会議の翌日にライアン美紀から中島健三宛てに書いたメールになります。（この時点で、私と主人は、中島健三に頼まれ、ステムセルサイエンス社の株式の６０％以上を保有していました。（当時の時価総額１００億円前後と言われていました。）
このメールを書いたころは、まだ、私は日本に正義があるのだと信じていました。日本で論文捏造詐欺が横行している事実も、それを実行させているのがOOであるという事実もしらないまま、犯罪は警察や検察庁が罰するのだと思っていました。
でも、事実は異なりました。
中島憲三も中島佳子も理化学研究所も先端医療振興財団も再生医療・幹細胞に関する教授も人材も、論文捏造を知りながら黙認するのが常識化しているなどという事は夢にも思っていませんでした。
多分、患者も同様です。NHKやテレビのニュースで放映される「OO大学のOO教授が世界で始めてOOOOの治療に成功した。」などというニュースを見れば１００％信じることでしょう。難病の患者さんたちなどは、一縷の希望を見つけたと喜びの涙するかもしれません。
実際、私も同様でした。
息子の治療法方を見つけるために1997年に始まった治療探しの旅は、約20億円ほどの投資と新聞やニュースを疑う事もせずに信じるという事から始まった息子の治療方法を探す旅の前半は、まさか大学の教授が論文捏造詐欺をするなどとは考える事も無く、テレビのニュースを見ては『これでジミーを治せるかもしれない！』と期待に心躍らせました。
でも、再生医療の世界は、すべてが嘘と捏造の世界でした。
今では、世界のニュースで、『OO大学でOO教授が云々』というニュースがあると、電話1本で真実の可否をリサーチできるほど、世界の再生医療の教授陣を知るようになりました。（論文捏造さ詐欺をしている教授以外。）
私『今ニュース見たんだけど、このOO教授ってどう？これ本当の研究？』と聞くだけでリサーチできるだけのコネクションが世界に出来上がっています。それだけ老いたと言うことなのですが、その結果、再生医療関係の９８％の論文は捏造だという事実も知っています。
もし、『ライアン美紀のいう事は間違いだ！』という勇気ある教授がいらしたら是非お目にかかりたいものです。そういう教授たちもだれもが、実際には、よ～く、再生医療の実態と事実を知っているという事実も熟知しております。
悲しい話しです。
再生医療の世界の人々は、人を騙すよりも、人と争うよりも、真実を話し、他人に優しくすることの方が簡単だという事実を知らない方たちが多いのです。
患者を騙して株式を高騰させるというパターンが横行するようになり、患者の苦痛はおざなりです。
残念ですが、もう、この国の再生医療界には真実はありません。
実際には、日本は手作業が上手で技術面では世界のトップクラスであるのに、いつの間にか、大学も教授もOO系ファンドやOO銀行系のファンドに牛耳られ、株式のほうが患者の苦しみよりも大切な国家が出来てしまったようです。
このステムセルサイエンス社の論文捏造事件が最初だったように思います。
この時、警察も厚生労働省も見てみない不利をしました。バックにOO氏とOO系のファンドがいたからです。
今でも、同じ傾向が続いています。しかし、このような論文捏造させて上場させた会社は、どれもが、ひ弱で小粒感が強く、セルシードやUNAファーマーなど、そしてOOOセルやOOバイオやOOオスなど、OO系ファンドが上手に高額で上場させても捏造させた世界の話の為、後が続きません。すなわち、日本では再生医療関連はユニコーン企業以上にはなれず、フェイクユニコーン会社になったとしても後が続家かないという事になり、結果、テラのような企業を作ってしまうのです。
しかし、もし、このステムセルサイエンス社の論文捏造事件を、この時、警察が真剣に捜査していれば、STAP細胞問題も起こらず、その後、再生医療の世界で日本が世界から笑いものになる事も無かったといわれています。
この下記のメールは、そのような時期に、私が中島憲三に送ったメールです。
この時は、まだ、彼らが、警察への告発を決定した、私と主人への見せしめの為に、ジミーの頭にビニール袋を被せるよう指示をする前であり、同時に、彼は高齢者であり彼曰く『わたしは政府に雇われて論文捏造詐欺をしただけだ。』と言っていたため、極力、穏やかにメールしています。
この事件については、既にトランプ大統領あてに「日本のマグニッキー事件」として手紙が渡され、アメリカにて裁判になっています。
